Hailing from Seattle, Electronic Nu Wave duo Future Shock! is comprised of RayGun and The Doctor. Influenced by Prince, Bowie, and Duran Duran, their future retro styled drums and synths covered with soulful vocal harmonies is what they do best. Continuing the legacy of great music from the past and bringing it back with an ultramodern approach. Listening Future Shock’s brand of Nu Wave Funk produces the déjà vu sensation you might be looking for.  

The group has performed at at The Capitol Hill Block Party, Bite of Seattle, Northwest Folklife, and the Macefield Music Festival. They’ve also shared the stage with George Clinton-Parliament/Funkadelic, College, Strange Talk, The Dan Reed Network and in 2015 they we’re named on Nada Mucho’s list of favorite 37 Bands in Seattle. Currently Future Shock! Is completing work on their third album.
